Digital loyalty cards for your business

Offer stamps or points that customers keep in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Your team records each visit or purchase, and customers see their progress towards a reward on their phone.

Coming soon. Tell us about your business and we will explain early access.

The limitations of paper loyalty cards

A stamp card lets you reward repeat visits. With a digital card, customers can check their balance on their phone and your business can track its use.

  • Cards left behind or lost

When a customer does not have their card, recording the visit and keeping the balance up to date is harder.

  • Downloading another app

Downloading an app for each business adds a step. ClubWallet uses Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on compatible devices.

  • Balances are hard to check

Without the card to hand, customers cannot check how many stamps or points they need for a reward.

  • Results are hard to measure

Paper cards do not provide a central record of visits and rewards to help evaluate the programme.

How the digital loyalty card works

From designing the card to the first stamp, with someone from our team helping you set it up.

  1. Design the card

Choose points, stamps or coupons, add your logo and colours, and set the reward from the dashboard.

  2. The customer saves the card on their phone

The customer scans a code at the counter and adds the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on a compatible device. No ClubWallet app is needed.

  3. You log visits and purchases

Each visit is recorded from the dashboard or by scanning the customer's card. Their balance updates on their phone instantly.

  4. You hand over the reward

When the customer reaches the target, their card shows the reward. Your team records the redemption from the dashboard.

Choose how to reward your customers

Stamps, points or coupons

A coffee shop hands out stamps, a shop builds up points per purchase, a salon offers seasonal coupons. One system covers all three.

  • Stamp cards with configurable rewards
  • Points by spend or by visit
  • Coupons with expiry dates
  • Several active cards at once

A card that's always up to date

Customers check stamps, points and rewards on their phone’s card. The balance updates when you record a visit or purchase.

  • Balance updated at every visit
  • Customers see how far they are from a reward
  • Reward and terms on the card itself
  • Your logo and colours

Data on who returns, and when

Review active customers, visit frequency and redeemed rewards to evaluate your programme.

  • Active and new customers per period
  • Average visit frequency

Examples for businesses with regular customers

Choose a reward that makes sense for your customers and your business.

Nail salons

A stamp per service and a reward after the number of visits you choose. Customers check their progress on their phone.

Barbershops

The free cut you used to track on a paper card, now in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The stamp is added at the counter with one scan.

Coffee shops

The free coffee after nine, with the count visible on the customer's phone. Each stamp shows on their card as soon as you add it.

Restaurants

Points per visit or seasonal coupons. The dashboard shows you who comes back and how often.

Car washes

Record each wash and offer a reward after the number of visits you choose.

Shops

Points per purchase for your regulars. The balance lives on their phone and updates with every visit.

Gyms and studios

Visits that add up and a reward for consistency: an extra class, a discounted month. Members can see how many they've done.

Garages and repair shops

Every service adds up on the customer's card. Once they reach the number of services you set, the reward appears on their phone.

Digital punch cards: common questions

Can I subscribe to ClubWallet now?

We are preparing the launch. Request early access and tell us what you need. We will explain availability and how to get started; a launch date has not been announced yet.

Do my customers have to download an app?

They do not need a ClubWallet app. Cards are saved in Apple Wallet on a compatible iPhone or Google Wallet on a compatible Android device. Google Wallet may need to be installed; availability depends on the device and country.

How is it different from designing cards in Canva and printing them?

A paper card is quick to design, but it gets lost, left at home, and tells you nothing about your customers. The digital card lives on the customer's phone, updates the balance when your team records a visit or purchase and tells you who comes back and who hasn't been in for a while.

Can I move my paper punch card to digital?

Yes. Set your reward, add your logo and colours, and let customers save the digital card using a QR code. If they already have paper stamps, we review how to make the change with you.

What happens if a customer changes phone?

The balance is stored in ClubWallet, not just on the phone. If a customer changes devices, we can help restore access to their card. How it is added depends on the device and wallet they use.

Does it work for any kind of business?

It works well wherever visits repeat: coffee shops, restaurants, barbers and salons, local shops, gyms, garages and repair shops. If your customer comes back every few weeks, it makes sense.

How are visits recorded?

From the web dashboard or the business app at the counter, by scanning the code on the customer's card. No terminal or extra hardware required.

Can I send promotions to my customers?

Not yet. Today the only things that reach the customer's phone are changes to their card: a stamp added, a reward ready. Sending promotions or messages to the wallet isn't available for now; the dashboard does show you who is close to a reward and who hasn't been back in a while.

Can I brand the card?

Yes. Logo, colours and the information shown on the card are all configured from the dashboard, with no designer involved.

Who is it not for?

ClubWallet is for the business that wants to reward its regulars, not for a customer looking for a brand's points card. It also doesn't fit where customers buy once a year: with no repeat visits, there's nothing to add up. And if what you need is to send promotions or messages to your customers, ClubWallet doesn't do that today.
