Scope
These terms govern access to and use of AppNodo’s applications and services. By taking out a plan you accept them.
Account and use
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for protecting your login details. Use of the service must comply with applicable law and must not interfere with its operation or with other users.
Plans, pricing and billing
Plans are billed in advance according to the period contracted. Published prices may change, and any change is communicated at least 30 days in advance. There’s no lock-in: you can cancel at any time and the service stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service continuously available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Support is included in every plan.
Your data
The data your business records in the application is yours. Available export options are described for each product.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid over the previous twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala.
